Depending on the nature of your project, there are several choices of tools to choose from. For desktop client/server applications, I prefer using Delphi (Delphi 10.3 Rio). Either PHP or C#/.NET tech stack is my primary choice for WEB projects. The most popular database today for many projects is the Microsoft SQL Server. Several other options exist if you prefer a multi-platform environment.
The typical project scope is between 5 and 60 Man-days.
